RBT is operated by TK Total Fitness Limited. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use RBT services, including the RBT member app and Member Hub.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide to us such as your name, email address, telephone number and account details. When you use the member service we may also process information needed to provide features such as class bookings, attendance, lesson or content progress and progress information that you choose to record.
How we use your information
We use personal information to provide and administer your RBT membership and member account, authenticate access, operate class booking and attendance features, provide member content and support, maintain service security, and communicate with you about the service.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate parts of our service, including hosting, authentication, databases and communications. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Payments
Payment processing is handled separately by our payment providers. The RBT member app does not store full payment card details.
Retention and account deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet applicable legal, accounting and operational requirements. Where account deletion is available, deleting your member app account removes the associated app account and app data subject to information we are required or permitted to retain.
Your rights

Security
